Cognitive trajectories based on ADAS-Cog-13 from baseline to 5 years. Overall, 936 participants with MCI were included in this analysis, including those with at least 2 data points of ADAS-Cog-13 over a 5-year follow-up period. Four cognitive trajectories were identified by the longitudinal K-means cluster analysis. The solid blue, long-dash green, dash orange, and dot-dash red lines represent clusters 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. The thin gray lines represent individual cognitive trajectories.
