The binomial test was used to meta-analyze the gene associations (U-scores) across cohorts. Gene is the gene name or symbol; GeneID is the NCBI gene identifier; PAR-dr and WL-dr represent the results of the gene-based tests for the paragraph and word list delayed recall traits, respectively; M is the number of cohorts in which the gene had a U-score ≤ 0.05; Gene_p is the meta-analysis p-value (significant for values ≤ 1E − 06)
