Table 1 Demographic and clinical variables by diagnostic group. Age and years of education are represented with mean values and standard deviation. Sex and APOE genotype are represented as the percentage of females and e4 allele-positive participants, respectively. ANCOVA was used to analyze demographic differences between diagnostic groups. Significant differences were noted between CN and MCI/AD groups in age, sex, and years of education. All three diagnostic groups had significantly different percentages of APOE e4 allele positivity
