The apoE4 isoform exhibited lower percentage of CSF secondary glycosylation. Percent glycosylation by individual apoE isoforms in CSF (total and secondary) and plasma from the study cohort (n = 106). ApoE isoform-specific glycosylation was computed by dividing the peak intensity of the glycosylated forms with the total apoE peak intensity for each isoform.
