MultiTEP-based vaccines induced high titers of anti-Aβ and anti-tau antibodies in T5x mice. Concentration of antibodies binding to Aβ42 (a), tau2–18 peptide (b), and full-length recombinant tau protein (c) was detected in sera of male and female mice by ELISA. Lines represent the average value for combined male and female mice (***p ≤ 0.001). Of note, mice immunized with AV-1959R/A did not induce antibodies specific to tau, while vaccination of mice with AV1980R/A did not generate ant-Aβ antibodies
