CASP11 exhibits increased expression in the 5xFAD microglia. A Relative copy number (RCN) of Casp4 in homogenized mouse brains from 7-month-old 5xFAD and age- and sex-matched wild-type (WT) littermate controls and 5xFAD male mice compared to female mice determined by RT-PCR. RCNs are relative to housekeeping gene GAPDH and multiplied by a factor of 100. Statistical analysis was completed by Students t-test.
