The relationship between CSF complement proteins and cognition was mediated by ventricles (AD), whole brain (E), fusiform gyrus (F), or middle temporal lobe (GI). The proportions shown in the figure indicate the proportion of mediating factors in the total effect of brain structures on cognition.
