BDNF gene expression is downregulated in AppNL−G−F mice. Hippocampal BDNF mRNA levels are significantly lower (p < 0.05) in AppNL−G−F mice at 6 months of age compared to age-matched control WT mice (n = 3). Data across the different time points were analyzed by two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons
