The regression plots show an association between baseline CSF sPDGFRβ and cognitive decline in the CDR 0.5 group (E) and in the CDR 0.5 group A+ subgroup (F). Age, sex, and APOE genotype were adjusted. A value of p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant
