Plasma p-tau181 associates with amyloid PET. Amyloid PET neuroimaging with Florbetaben revealed that plasma p-tau181 was significantly higher in amyloid PET+ (n = 25) compared to amyloid PET− (n = 35) participants (A) and positively associated with global amyloid PET (B).
