UK Brain Bank Network Participant

Recorded Braak, Thal and CERAD pathological stage

Each of the following within 12 months pre-mortem

• Neuropsychiatry Inventory K measure of sleep disturbance

• Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) global score

Age > 50

Significant intracerebral pathology other than Alzheimer’s disease including the following:

• Severe cerebrovascular disease (ischaemic and haemorrhagic)

• Lewy body disease as defined by Braak LB stage > 0

• Neoplasia, epilepsy, CNS inflammation, trauma, vascular malformation, prion disease

Pathological findings in keeping with dementia other than Alzheimer’s dementia including Frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia and Lewy body dementias
