Comparison of CSF profile of 9 synaptic proteins in adults with DS. Assessment of the 9 synaptic proteins and their association (adj. r2 or r coefficients) with immediate and delayed recall in the mCRT test (mCRTi and mCRTd), CAMCOG, age, CSF NFL, Aβ42:40, p-tau and Aβ1-42 and the fold-change (FC) compared to controls in adults with DS across clinical groups. Associations of NFL and p-tau with the same variables are shown for comparison (red for synaptic proteins, blue for NFL and p-tau). Degree of shading is relative to r coefficients or FC. Values are shown in bold where p < .05 and italicized where adjusted p > .05 (in the case of synaptic proteins this is Benjamini-Hochberg adjusted p). Quantification of NPTX2 and GluA4 and FC for NPTX2 have been published previously in [17]
