Basic movement pattern

Level 1

Simple place/collection. Cross midline reaching. Forward placing and backward collection.

Level 2

Circular place/collection. Cross midline reaching. Clockwise placing and counterclockwise collection.

Level 3

Alternate place/collection. Cross midline reaching. Place/collect with left/right hand alternatively.

Level 4

Repeated place/collection. Cross midline reaching. Place/collect with 1 point of repetition.

Level 5

Bimanual alternate place/collection. Cross midline reaching. Place/collect bimanually in opposite directions.
