Change in occipital-frontal phase locking in response to donepezil treatment. Donepezil on average increases phase locking between occipital cortex and frontal cortex in TgF344-AD rats and decreases phase locking in wild-type (WT) rats. The magnitude of the change in phase-locking values (PLV) from baseline to post-donepezil injection is significant at theta frequencies (*p < 0.05, two-tailed t test)
