Treatment with TOMA did not affect soluble tau detected by western immunoblotting analysis. Anterior cortex was homogenized in RIPA buffer and the detergent soluble fraction prepared by centrifugation of the homogenate. a–d Representative immunoblots for antibodies pSer396, H150, pSer 199/202, and pSer262 respectively.
