The titer and subtype of antibody in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) transgenic mice immunized with EBY100-L2 vaccine (AOE1). APP/PS1 mice (male, 6 months of age) were subcutaneously injected eight times at 2-week intervals with AOE1, Aβ15, and EBY100 control cells in the absence of adjuvant.
