Sorting nexin-4 (SNX4) interacts with β-site amyloid precursor protein-cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE1). a HEK293 cells were cotransfected with BACE1-hemagglutinin (BACE1-HA) and either mock green fluorescent protein (mock-GFP) or SNX4-GFP.
