Analysis of cerebrospinal fluid neurogranin storage stability. Normalized cerebrospinal fluid neurogranin (Ng) concentrations in samples without (A) or with (B) the addition of a stabilizing agent. Samples were kept at room temperature (RT), 4°C or −20°C for between 1 and 7 days before transfer to storage at −80°C pending analysis. Samples were normalized to day 0, with or without stabilizer.
