Hyperhomocysteinemia induces an inflammatory phenotype shift in the APP/PS1 transgenic mice away from M2a and toward M1. The graph shows fold changes for each gene relative to the wild-type control mice. The dashed line at 1 indicates the normal wild-type expression of these genes.
